If you’ve made it this far you’ve probably gotten a pretty good idea what we’re all about! Cocoa Bride is truly a passion that has grown into a business. I created Cocoa Bride after years in the bridal industry as a Stylist & Marketing Director, and eventually becoming a bride myself.
From magazines to websites, I noticed I never saw many brides who looked like me, but I knew we existed. As I helped friends with weddings and planned my own, I noticed how hard it was to find styles and images that we related to. My experience, attention to detail, and the relationships I built with my brides, gave me the perfect formula to unapologetically create a space dedicated to melanated brides. Black brides deserve a luxury experience with professionals and vendors who understand their vision – this is where I come in.
